Using a combination of acupressure techniques, and massage movements, this unique treatment helps to lift & tone the facial muscles naturally, improves the complexion, and boosts circulation. It will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. A small amount of organic facial oil is used for this treatment.

Hot Stones Massage

Like holistic massage, Hot Stones Massage is a great way to relieve muscle aches, pains, and reduce stress & tension.

During a hot stone massage, heated basalt stones are used which create a deeper massage without the need to use deep tissue techniques.

The warmth of the stones is soothing and relaxing, and is combined with Swedish massage techniques to create a bespoke treatment targeted to your individual needs.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is based on the Ayurvedic system of natural healing and has been practised in India for millennia. It is an important part of Indian family life with family members massaging each other for health and well-being.

Focusing on the upper back, neck, shoulders, head and face, the treatment takes place with the client seated in a chair with the use of oils to help you relax and unwind.

Inducing deep relaxation, balancing the energy flow within the body, and relieving muscle tension, Indian Head Massage is perfect for those who prefer to have a seated treatment rather than lying on a couch. It is particularly suited to those who hold tension in the upper back, neck and shoulders.

Reflexology

Reiki – Usui System of Natural Healing

Crystal healing is a holistic and natural therapy using the energetic power of crystals. It helps to balance the body on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
