Reflexology
ReflexologyReflexology is a natural therapy with its origin dating back 5.000 years with the Chinese practising a form of pressure therapy on the feet. The Egyptians and Japanese also worked the feet to promote good health. Reflexology works on the premise that we have reflex points on the feet, which correspond to every part of the body. By working these reflex points, blockages in the energy pathways are released healing the body to rebalance itself. Reflexology promotes deep relaxation and helps improve the circulation, nerve function and encourages the body to cleanse itself of toxins.
Precision ReflexologyPrecision Reflexology is a gentle, light touch therapy, which is both precise and powerful, working with the energy pathways of the body. It focuses on a "linking" technique, which is unique to Precision Reflexology. This connects specific reflex points of the feet with the subtle energy of the client to achieve balance in the body. Precision Reflexology can be used as a standalone treatment or it can be incorporated into other reflexology treatments. It is particularly effective when working with clients who need a gentler approach, or those who find it hard to release emotions in the body.

Important Additional InformationDuring your first visit with us, you will be taken through a consultation where we discuss your general health and medical history. This allows us to make sure there are no contra-indications to treatment and that your treatments are tailored to your individual needs. Please add an extra 30 minutes to your first treatment for this initial consultation. Subsequent treatments will have an additional 15 minutes added so that we can discuss your progress and make sure your treatments remain focussed on your specific needs.
Cancellation PolicyWe understand that there are times when you cannot make an appointment or life presents an emergency which you need to attend to. However, we respectfully ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you think you are unable to make your booked appointment. This allows us to offer that space to someone else. Reluctantly we do have to charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your treatment time including ‘no-shows’ to cover our costs and loss of clinic time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost and missed appointments will incur the full 100% treatment cost. Thank you.
