Access Our Site
Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You may browse our website without having to register but when you place your first order you will need to complete certain fields on our order form. You can either set up an account or if you’d rather you can order using our “Guest” order facility.
Before you submit your order you should review your selection, check all the details including price and make sure you correct any errors before proceeding to check out.
All orders placed by you are subject to our acceptance and we reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse an order for any reason. Any email or any acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not mean that we have accepted your order. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Sophia’s Choice takes place once we have dispatched the products ordered to you unless we have told you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
We may need to dispatch your order in several installments and each dispatch is a separate contract and is not connected to any other dispatch.
All prices on our website are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable but exclude postage, packaging and delivery charges which are detailed separately.
We may change the pricing on our website at any time and without prior notice. We aim to make sure that all prices are correct but if we find that a price is displayed in error we reserve the right to correct this error without notification. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that may have been made due to error in price.
